The silver-brown planks of the terrace, the fresh green of the exotic garden and the blue and turquoise twinkling of the ocean in the background are creating a glorious play of colours, which invites every of its privileged guest to dream. Thanks to its high lying position in the second row, a residential atmosphere lies over the property.
The huge 1.900m2 outdoor area is aligned to the beach and brings incredible views over the ocean up to the infinite horizon-perfect to watch the sunset while having a sophisticated dinner on the large terrace among your beloved ones.
Another eye-catcher which the estate holds ready for you is the big, lagoon-like designed swimming pool, apparelled with natural stones and masterly incorporated in the huge wooden terrace. Besides that, you will also find a little pitch in the garden.
The interior of the 720m2 mansion is a unique mixture of the charm of a laid back surfer´s shack and the comfort of a high-end luxury mansion.
